Let me introduce you to these two beauts! They’re the result of some pretty rigorous scouting of Used Regina and Kijiji. After not finding exactly what I wanted for the right price I posted a “want” ad, and received a message about an estate selling furniture. Sure enough I was able to look through a large variety of solid old furniture, and I scored two side tables just the right size and shape and stayed under budget! Woo hoo!
It’s too bad the square table doesn’t have some closed storage, but I’ll look for a storage basket to go in the bottom space, I think.
As per the plan, these tables will be painted either cream or firetruck red… I’ll wait until more of the nursery comes together to decide.
And here’s some of the fabrics coming together too! I’m liking it. :)
